- Establishing Due Diligence lists and organising and executing the Due Diligence in the data room
- Consultation and executing necessary notification procedures of mergers, participations, in particular in front of the German Cartel Authority and the European Commission
- Representation and defense in infringement procedures in front of the European Commission
- Advising and re-editing of infringing clauses in Agreements (of any nature)
Data Protection Law
- Advice in data protection cases, in particular regarding questions of exporting personal data on company basis ( employees and customer concerns) outside the EU
- Establishment of the records of the personal data processed within a company ( data controller), up -dating the records, in France and in Germany
- Advising by introducing new digitalized measures, processing pesonal data, in particular in personal and customer cases
